Review
In order to push Annihilator's upcoming All For You release, AFM Records issued a four song EP for the single "All For You", but named it after the album's balled track, "The One". The One EP also includes some media things for your laptop, such as wallpapers and a screen saver, as well as some live videos that can be viewed on it as well. But, really, this release isn't worth that very low ticket price, and is just another generic EP release. First of all there's a total of three different audio tracks on here, even though it's four tracks long. Unless you're an avid collector, there's no need to have this, as well of them are available on All For You, except for "Weapon X", which is honestly the only decent song on the line-up here. While "All For You" is the lead single off the album, it's just not quite Annihilator and will leave you rather depressed. The fact that you get it twice on here (one being an edited version that radio could use to promote the album, as well as the regular version that appears on the album) is just that much more insulting. Of course you also have "The One", which is a decent song, but would have been a hell of a lot better without any vocal distortion at all in the start. The three videos on here are actually really good and will only further slap you in the face. If the vocalist that appears on this and All For You can pull off those three songs, then why is he screaming his head off on these tracks? Sadly, The One just isn't worth your money unless you really are a die hard fan, or simply have to hear more off All For You before it hits.
