Hot off the heels of their successful run with IN FLAMES and DEMON HUNTER, Oakland California based extreme metal band ALL SHALL PERISH, have just announced a North American headlining tour scheduled to take place this Summer! Joining them on this campaign dubbed the “Heavy MTL South of the Border Tour” are OCEANO, WITHIN THE RUINS, REFLECTIONS, and BETRAYAL. OBEY THE BRAVE will also be a part of select dates. Tickets will go on sale this Friday through all major ticket vendors.

In support of their critically acclaimed sophomore release “Deathlike,” which the New York Times described as “entrancingly powerful” while comparing its “churning, dark, skeletal songs” to “Metallica’s late-career balladry and the folky grunge of Alice in Chains,” the Texas-based dark acoustic group ANCIENT VVISDOM have announced a new batch of spring tour dates, which will see the band play with the likes of Cauldron, Ides of Gemini and Venomous Maximus. Savannah, GA’s BLACK TUSK have completed recording their upcoming EP which is scheduled to be released later this Spring via Relapse Records. The EP was recorded with producer Phillip Cope (Kylesa, Baroness) at the Jam Room in Columbia, SC. Today BLACK TUSK has revealed the EP’s title as “Tend No Wounds”. Norwegian prog metallers LEPROUS will release their new album, Coal, on May 28th in North America (May 20th in Europe) via InsideOut Music. In anticipation of this release, the band is now revealing the cover artwork for Coal, which was conceived by none other than acclaimed American artist Jeff Jordan, who previously created the artwork for the band’s last album, Bilateral, in addition to working with THE MARS VOLTA.
