Animals as Leaders seriously cannot catch a break! First their gear was stolen while touring, then they recently had some problems with Johnny Law, and now it seems as though their home was ransacked! According to a Facebook post, their LA house was broken into, and a lot of stuff was stolen including gear and a Chevy Blazer.


Forge (Game) Trailer Now On-Line

I just got an e-mail from Maverick PR about an upcoming PC title named Forge. It’s a new PVP PC title from a brand new start-up company titled Dark Vale Games. The teaser definitely looks interesting and with its gritty atmosphere and what seems like a slight World of Warcraft art style powered by the Unreal 3 Engine, my curiosity has been peaked, especially when the press release told me it’s “a hybrid of an MMO’s strategy and abilities with the quick access and skill-based gameplay of an FPS.” Here, have a look at the teaser video, and check out the details included in the press release if you’re as curious as I am!


New Monolithe Album Details

The recording of Monolithe‘s third full-length, heralded as a “progression in continuity”, was recently completed at Red Reed Studio. “Monolithe III” will be mixed & mastered this summer by Andrew Guillotin at Hybreed Studio. Artwork was created by Norwegian artist Robert Høyem and can be seen here. The album will be available in a 4-panel digipack CD later this year.

Drew Mack Parts With Hull

It is with heavy hearts that Brooklyn-based sludge rock sorcerers announce the departure of longtime guitarist Drew Mack from their collective. Mack will play his final show at Acheron in Brooklyn on June 29th.

Comments the band on Mack’s departure: “We are saddened to announce that our Brother, Drew Mack, has chosen to resign from the ranks of HULL. We wish the Wizzard the best on his journey through the tumultuous path of life. Upon the still of the darkest nights, we shall listen for his glorious yodel from high upon the mount. With challenging waters unknown, the ship shall sail farther. As always, your allegiance is not without glorious praise.”


Elliot Coleman Parts With Tesseract
